The call of nature

Go to the bathroom before you get on a flight. Airplane loos have a tendency to be distincly lacking in hygeine so where ever possible use airport loos before you fly.

If you do need the loo during a flight make sure you pout your shoes on. Airplane loo floors are frequently puddled where turbulence or lack of accuracy have cause people to 'miss'.
