Lose weight - Excercise can help you lose weight and can actually help your body cope better with the fat you eat.
Body image - Feeling fit and healthy vastly improves your body image and makes you feel better about yourself and generally happier about life.
Better sex - Apparently your levels of fitness have a direct correlation to how satisfying you find sex. The fitter you are the more you enjoy sex and the better your orgasms.
Blood pressure - being fit can mean lower blood pressure and this significantly reduces the risks of strokes and heart disease
Bowel cancer - your chances of contracting bowel cancer are significantly lessened if you take regular exercise
Osteoporosis - broken bones - regular impact sports can significantly help to improve bones density levels making them stronger.
Feeling your age - Muscle wastage, declining lung capacity and various other aches and ailments brought on by age can actually be partly reversed by a healthy excercise regime
Brain fog - Lower the risk of dementia, cognitive impairment and find yourself able to make snappier, better decisions simply by being fit
Sleep - Simply being fit, whether you have done excercise that particular day or not can improve your quality and quantity of sleep
Beating the blues - Excercise releases happy hormones - we know that but not only do those hormones help us feel happier, simply the fact that we are doing something about being fit gives us a feeling of empowerment which in it's turn makes one feel better which make you excercise more which tones your body which makes you feel better about yourself....
